Weight loss from low calorie intake diets almost never last and most of the people who lost weight and keep it off. The other problem is, they lose muscle and not fat.


The proof lies in the fact that today, more people are having obesity problems. This despite the fact that they are many diets, and many so-called fat loss products to help you lose fat. This should make you think.


The biggest reason why diets don't work is because people try to starve. As soon, the body see that there is a shortage it starts with its own defense mechanisms. This makes it allmost impossible to lose weight constantly with a low calorie diet.


This is the reason why some people eat only a little and still stay fat while other people can eat a lot. What most people don't realize is the fact that in the beginning you lose weight fast until a certain point. Then it stops. They can't understand why.


This simple answer to this is simply the fact that the body is protecting itself against starvation. The body slows down the rate at which it burns calories.


The body do not know the difference between dieting and starvation. This is a blessing in bad times, but definitely not for a person trying to lose weight by reducing calorie intake without exercise.


As you can see from the facts above. You can not lose weight just by reducing calories and trying to starve your body, because you're body and go for months living from fat and muscle tissue. It was designed that way.
